We offer two types of Annual Maintenance Services (Computer AMC services

Non – Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract: Non-comprehensive Computer AMC includes repair & services only with cost of defective to be borne by the customer.

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract: Comprehensive Computer AMC’s includes all parts (Here, you are not charged separately for the labor or for the parts replaced).
Software AMC Services

Level P1: escalated to next level. All these problems are logged. For all the problems that are reported, an analysis is done to determine the root cause of Unavailability of Core application, inexistence of procedural work and Interruption by performance issues over critical work

Level P2: Issues non critical over business works, bug fixes for carried out.report will be generated on a monthly basis, providing the problems reported status of the problem resolution and the time taken to resolve the problem application unavailability, addition of new features.

Level P3: System enhancement support, basic maintenance.

Level P4:A maintenance of the application at the final deployment platform. He/She will also be responsible for submitting the monthly report on the maintenance activities.
